My First Two Weeks of College

As I pulled up to get a parking space at ICC, I came to a conclusion of, the earlier you get there the better your chances are to get a good parking spot. So when I walked in I noticed that there was hardly anybody in the hallways, which would have been a disaster if I did not know where my classes were. Thankfully I did know where all my classes were, because I found them after I had gotten my books. The next thing I did was go to my first class, nobody there. So I just wait out in the hall at a desk, for the teacher to get there. My next conclusion was that my math class was super easy! Math class was so easy that I was bored to death, and almost fell asleep half the time.
Then I have to recall where my next class is, and low and behold I forgot. So I kind of panic and went to the computers in the café and found out. Turns out I was directly above the class I am supposed to go to next, English. That is where I met Stephanie Guedet Scott. She is the first English teacher that is like laid back, but yet she still teaches at the same time. That is a very rare combination! When I first hear about what we are going to be doing I am thrilled because I do like writing. How well I write a paper definitely depends on the topic of the paper. I loved writing all the papers that Stephanie had assigned us. They were fun to do!
The next class I have is right across from my English class, plus I have the same teacher again! At the very start I knew I was going to like my Reading class, because I happen to love to read. Then when Stephanie yet again told me about what we were going to do in Reading class I totally got chills! That is unusual for me! I do not know if I could ever get used to talking to the class about my favorite book or not, but I definitely don’t mind reading an extra book or two on the side of reading what we actually are supposed to do for homework. So far I am pretty sure I am going to have fun this year in college!
